I spent 2 nights and would definitely return. The guest room I got was included with three beds, a shared bathroom, windows screwed shut. The staff was helpful and well-mannered all the time. This accommodation was in the central location very close to the sea front. North Laine was close to the hotel, only 1 km.

Had a lovely stay for the price, glad I've chosen it. The room was decent size and the bathroom was nice. The price was £ 38. The friendly staff truly made me feel welcome. The hotel was in a fantastic location right by the train station, the seafront near the Palace Pier, and the center of Brighton and the Seafront. Was a perfect base for weekend.
